Q1: How to choose the right nozzle?
Choose a matching nozzle diameter (μm) according to the glue dot diameter/glue width requirements;
Choose a flat nozzle/extended nozzle/super-long nozzle, etc., depending on whether the product to be glued has an interference area;
Choose a suitable nozzle material according to the chemical properties of the fluid (corrosive type, hot melt type, whether it contains particulate matter, etc.).
